What You’ll Need…
- 2 toilet paper rolls
- Washi tape
- Hole-puncher
- Yarn, twine, or ribbon
- Scissors

First..
Allow your little one to decorate their paper rolls as they would like with the decorative washi tape, finishing with one long strip of tape to hold both rolls together.

Then…
Using a hole-puncher, punch one hole near the outer rim of each roll.

Next..
Cut yarn or ribbon-like material to the desired length for your child’s neck, direct through one of the holes, and tie a knot to secure in place. Repeat on the other side.
