Apple Chips

Cook Time: 2 hours 30 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours 35 minutes

This simple snack is as delicious as it is nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large apples
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
    2. Wash apples well.
    3. Core the cleaned apples and slice into thin discs.
    4. Lay slices out across cookie sheet.
    5. Bake for 1 hour on the lowest rack, then move up to the highest rack and cook for an additional 1 ½ hours.
    6. Remove from over, allow to cool, and enjoy!
